Kari has been representing clients in Northern Michigan since 2008. Prior to opening her own law firm, Kari was an associate attorney with Muller, Muller, Richmond, Harms & Myers, P.C. where she represented clients in retail and commercial collection litigation. Before joining Muller, Muller, Richmond Harms & Myers, P.C., Kari worked as a managing director at investment banking company Blue River Financial Group where she handled numerous corporate mergers and acquisitions.

Kari earned her law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School where she was on the deans list and served as copy editor of the law school newspaper. Kari clerked for the Michigan Attorney General. Kari's undergraduate degree in business administration was earned from Lewis-Clark State College, in Lewiston, Idaho.
